I am still waiting for my truck to come. 2000, V10 4x4 Subercab. Is there any other way to track the status of the truck other than through my dealer??

Call Ford Customer Care the 1 800 392 ford tell them your dealer code, iteam #, and model # .Then they can give you a production date. Unlike our dealers

Thanks for the number. Called it and they were very courteous. But get this, Ford received my order on July 16, but the computer has not yet processed/scheduled it so I still don't have a build date. Unbelievable. Think I'll call them every day til they get the message.

Finally got a build date - the week of Oct.11 - 18, with delivery to the dealer Oct.25 - Nov. 1. Need it for a cross country trip on Oct 21, so hope it comes early. The 800 number worked, so thanks Tim. I found out before the dealer.
