i use to be able to lift 140lbs over my head with 1 arm now im old and dont even know if i could get it up

anyways... just got back from the gym. my max bench press tonight was 275X3, incline bench press 205X7, military press 155X6, lat pull down i was having a pain under my left shoulder so i took it easy 270x8 i also did shoulder shrugs, tricep extensions. all of these excersizes i did multiple sets of. i lifted for @ 50 minutes.
i have a terrible cold though. throat hurts. so i picked up some orange juice, vitamine C pills.
i guess the idea of "you cant always pick up where you left off" really set in tonight. well... id like to be back to where i left off within a couple more weeks. gotta buy some protien tommorrow.
