SD steering problem

I tryed my 99SD F250 sc p/s 2wd today while I was in some dirt and my wheels turned fine lock to lock. I was not moving and had the brakes fully applied, tryed it in park and all drive gears.
Is this a problem only with gas burners? If so its probably a vaccum problem.
Just thought I'd let ya'll know.

The problem is for 4x4 superduties only gas or diesel.

SD steering problem

My neighbors 1997 F350 4x4 does this also,so it is not just the SuperDutys.It has never created a problem for either of us.(Mine is a 99 F250SD 4x4)
