03 Fuel Filter

Fixing to take the Expy in for warranty stuff. Told them it has 18000 miles and they said the fuel filter should be replaced. They want $70.00. Changed them before in my younger days with no prob's on many vehicles. I can get 1 for about $30.00 (Ballpark).
Any tricks for R/R on the 03, 5.4?
Parts O.K. from Autozone, Advanced Auto, etc.. ?

I think I paid about 10 bucks for my 98 fuel filter at Auto Zone. Took about 10 minutes to replace.
