All the way up to 96 for the F150's. 87-91 are slightly different, as are the 92-6. Mainly they just changed the taillights and tailgate somewhat. If you find a complete bed, just bolt it on. It's good to get some of the taillight wiring too, so you can patch your existing wires into them. This isn't hard, if you can figure out how to hook one of those trailer light connectors, you can hook up the taillights with little trouble.
You might possibly have a bit of interference where the rear bumper ends are cut out at the ends. Normally it's just a bit close. I imagine it depends on the particular bumper you have now. Upgrading to a later bumper would fix it if necessary. Though I doubt it will be.

I put a 95' Box on my 84.
GypsyR is right, u can put up to a 96 box on it. The tail lights are more rounded. The tailgates are different and most obvious is the wheelwells, they are rounder. The bumper is no problem. The taillights..... have different bulbs, but 80-96 all fit in the tailights, (twist in) single and double tank door doesnt matter unless u have dual tanks now, then u prob want a dual tank box. (2 doors) It will work with no problems tho! Good luck! Here is what mine looks like:
