Shades are falling

I was driving on the interstate and noticed something flapping, the rear door vent shade was loose on one end. I had another trip to make so I tried a quick fix. The loose end would not restick, the stuck end would not come loose, easily. I removed the shade, spent about an hour trying to get the goo off, reinstalled using new double faced tape. Now I have two more trying to come loose.

Mine are the name brand version and installed with peel and stick.

Any one else experienced this? Any fixes?
