speedo trouble!

I've never seen that happen before. If you do a search in the forum here you'll find some posts about speedo problems. You could have a bad connection in the circuit board on the back of the instrument cluster.
If I was working on the truck at the dealership I would monitor the Vehicle Speed Sensor signal while out on the road to see if the VSS is actually sending a signal to the cluster or not.
Maybe HomerWinzlow or Troll will come along and have some more ideas. They may have seen this before.
