Lowering kit
Does anyone sell a lowering kit for the 73-79's? I was thinking about lowering my 77, but I don't know what all would be involved. Would a 2 inch drop affect the exhaust system at all? Would it help the truck handle better at high speeds?

You can check out LMC and I think they have a 2' front coil for about 180.00 then for the rear you can get a 2" or 4 " new set of springs, I think they are about 400.00. Or you can get new lowered beams for the (400.00)front for about 3" and move the leafs below the axle and do a c notch on the frame for only about 200.00. I think that will get you 5-6" in the rear. Let me know how you do it and send some pics, I want the same thing for my 77!!! Just waiting on my new motor and paying for it too!!!
