Yes, I figured it out. Click on the person who posted the message you are looking at, select "View Public Profile", and when you get there, iff the person has created a gallery, it will be there - you have to scroll down a bit to see it.
You could always click on "Galleries" in the upper right of each page, or under Forum sections click on "Members List" and browse to them that way, if need be.
