Sqweaky front springs

Can any one please give me the TSB# for the sqweaky front springs condition on 1999-2000 F250 SD trucks. My dealer is playing "dumb". I know there are others out there that have this problem.....please help!

2000 F-250 SD, 4x4, S/C, LWB, V-10 Island Blue.

I had a copy of that TSB but can't locate it. If you click Recalls/TSBs from the selection to the right of your screen, input your year you can scan through and print it out.

Sqweaky front springs

The original TSB for the replacement of the spring tip isolator pads was not successful in many case. Mine included. Ford is working on a new fix for this problem, however, it is not yet available.
