Correct Carb Spacer?
hey all, i'm going to purchase a weiand stealth intake and a edelbrock 750 carb for the 460, and i was wondering what carb spacer i might need, if i need one at all... i've heard that if you space the carb, the mixture is cooler and helps with detonation?
but anyway, thanks for help guys... any info would be nice.

I was always taught that spacing will increase High rpm power slighty but take a little torque in the process. If you get the right type of spacer it could theoreticly help keep the fuel cooler by slowing the heat transfer from the intake.
