I have a '98 Expy EB and I just realized that my front seats are getting very worn and the driver's side armrest is cracking. Should I go to a salvage yard and try to find a replacement seat? Also, I'm a girl so wondering if it's hard to replace the seats?

You can remove them from the floor with a torx bit, and then disconnecting the wiring. I would check a junkyard for the seats, or get in touch with a conversion company. They might have some take offs that they would sell you.

I see you are in Houston. Call Coleman Upholstry on Shepherd. They are very reasonable and do great work. Be careful, I called several other shops and they were sometimes more than double the price.
Ebay is a good source if you can pick-up locally. Shipping will usually ruin a good deal.
