F-250 SD ordering sequence please?
Can someone summarize the sequence that a 2000 truck order takes (including Ford jargon) from imput to truck delivery? I've got an F-250 on order and my salesman's strong suit is not in technical explanations.
I want to be able to ask him the appropriate direct questions in jargon he'll understand so that he can go check on things.

Very helpful website that I'll now visit frequently. Are they friendly to non-diesel people even if they own SDs? There's a lot of valuable info their even if you have spark plugs.
