Where is the computer?

Alright! The chip is on its way. Can't wait. Can anybody tell me where the computer is in 2004 F250 V10 Auto? I used search but could not find any info. I want to scope out the situation before chip arrives.

Under the hood, driver's side, sticking through the firewall, by the inner fender. You'll see a wiring harness attached to it with a 10 mm bolt.
