Post your stereo system!
Wasn't sure if this should be in the off topic lounge, but I'm not looking for pictures of a stereo from a Bronco or any other Ford...just the 99+ Super Dutys. I'm looking for ideas, I know about JL Audio's stealth box for the King Ranch/Harley-Davidson Trucks but lets see what you've got

I am going to pick up my 10" JL Audio Stealth Box right now and should have it installed tonight. Or maybe tomorrow night. I have an Alpine 7998, Alpine MRV F-450 5 Channel Amp, Alpine TUA-T020XM Radio Reciever , and 5.5 Infinity Kappa's x 4. I have pictures of the entire install and will also be photo documenting the JL install as I go so if you need any pics or have ? I would be glad to help.

Badford, How do you like those Pioneer plates? I thought about those but haven't heard any feedback about them.

I swapped out all the factory speakers with four Infinity 6X8 powered by an 800 watt DEI amp. Nice for mids and highs. For Bass I went with two 2 12 inch PT subs in separate truck boxes, and 1000 watt 2 channel amp bridged. All with 4 gauge Monster cable. I'll put pics up later.

How much did you pay for the pioneer plate speakers? I found them on Ebay for $79 each...seemed a little steep compared to alot of other speakers that you purchase by the pair...
Do you think the sound quality is better than a regular 6x8?

so far I have an Alpine 7861 CD player (2001 vintage) and a JL Audio 12W3 V2 powered by a crossfire VR302 amp. I currenly have the sub in a sealed box, but I am going to build a bigger ported box when it gets warm outside.
