electrical issue
97 Explorer XLT 4d has some type of electrical isssue. Sometimes the rear left window won't roll down, the radio can be turned off and come on, the blinker buzzes sometimes when you try and use it and some mornings it wil turn over for a minute or more and won't start. It usually eventually starts, and when it does, it runs fine. I read about cleaning the IAC, but that sounds like something to do if it is idling rough. I don't know if the electrical issue is affecting the hard start as well. Any ideas? Thanks
