Alright everyone! I know that I'm not the only one wondering this, so I figured that I'd post and ask the question.
What FREE performance enhancing mods can be done to this new 6.0L truck/engine???
1. ZooDad mod (it's the only one that I know)

I didn't mean to make it seem like I had the list. What I'm trying to do here, is establish a list of "Free" mods. Basically, everyone post what "Free" mods are available, and we'll edit the list accordingly to just complie one huge list instead of several hundred threads......
