Headlight wiring
I put higher wattage bulbs in my headlights and fog lights. One of the plugs for the headlights is now melted. Sould i put in a different harness from Piaa to handle the extra draw or can I replace the plug and just put in some relays. I also noticed that there is a spot on the wire going to the light plug where the insulation was stripped off and a wire was tied into it thats taped off now but must have been used to light something else. Could this have helped with the above problem? Thanks for any help.
