Hello I need to remove the door panel on my 2003 F150 to remove and relace the right side mirror which was damaged by road debris, I have not taken the panel off a new vehicle so any pointers would be appreciated also is the mirror mount fairly easy once the panel is out of the way. Thanks for your help
Hi buckshot11 and welcome to the forum
Did you get it figured out yet?
If you look in the FAQs at the top of the forum you'll find instructions there.
The important thing to remember is to lift the panel, not pull on it.
After the door panel is off the mirror is easy to replace. Take a look at the new one and you can see how it mounts.
How about the little panel that houses the window and mirror switches on a 99 F 150? I noticed the other day that it has come loose and when you push it back down it does not clip in or stay. Are there clips that I can purchase to make it stay in place or is it a bigger project?
