Thumbs up Now I understand!

Now I understand why I got the V10. Towed the boat for the first time Saturday, with the new truck. I had to keep looking back, 'cause it didn't feel like there was anything back there. Gas mileage was great (if I were a major stockholder EXXON), but no complaints here.

Me too, I towed my 8K trabel trailer to the race track for the first time since I bought the truck. There is a big hill that my old '73 with a 390 could only pull at 40 mph. I sailed up it at 60 part throttle.

Love that V10....!!!!

I have a 2000 F-250 v-10 5 speed. I hear you. I pulled this tractor over 200 miles home. Total weight was around 30,000 or 15tons. Pulled it home at 65+ miles per hour. Around 8mpg. Pure ford power!!!!!
