My 2002 crew cab is solid white with stainless running boards and chrome bumpers. I have painted the bed rails white to match the body and this looks great. I also have polished aluminum (no stainless was available) bed rail caps to install. I am definately painting the door handles to match and am considering painting much more. Like the trailer towing mirrors, plastic trim on the front and rear bumpers, windshield(hood) cowling, and even the rubber window trim. I thought about painting the grill white, but am leaning towards a billet grill right now. I am also going to acetone the badges.
Do you think this will be too much white? Has anyone done this to their truck and have pictures to share?
Hmm, sounds nice to me. I'd go for the billet grill instead of white. It'll go nice with the running boards and bed rail caps.
easier to maintain too. the front of a truck takes alot of abuse. the paint may chip off after some highway driving, whereas the billet is much more durable.
