sudden tranny problems

sudden tranny problems94 F-250?
After 196,000 miles, The transmission in my 94 F-250 is all the sudden not wanting to go into gear unless revving the engine. It will occasionally slip out of gear even when moving. fluid is fine and does shift good when it stays in gear. Is there a simple fix or is it re-build time? Any ideas would be great. 1994 F-250 4x4 w/351 3 speed

4x4 1994 f150 xl trans problem .120k miles, works and shifts fine, other than 2nd gear. seems to bypass it completely. Transmision number is 1 of 2: c4od or 4r70w. No indicating lights. Forgot to mention this is an auto tranny. Can someone help me, thank you.
