bronco idles fast

90 bronco 302 start up idles to fast 18-2100 rpms change tp-airbypass tbgasket injectors cleaned tb cleaaned no vaccum leaks on intake .help .aalso reaar diff keeps blowing oil out of over flow tube what is wrong any help
