ABS Brake Problem

4 wheel ABS system. Replaced rotors & Pads(front) Stopping works great high speed and normal w/good solid pedal, then at speed of 15 to 5 mph the abs system engages. This is on solid dry pavement. ? ? ? Strange.

Also when trouble shooting the problem my manual says to jumper pins a to d on the diagnostic plug under the hood. this will blink out any codes in the system. Thats great, except the plug IS NOT stamped with letters. (who would have thunk that), and my manual does NOT indicate which pins are which.
Any and all suggestions would be greatly welcomed cause this one has me,,,,,,,ARG

Thanks

This is on a 96 Bronco and I've posted to that thread also, but a ford is a ford is a ford and I'm desperate.

Tony, What Talyn is suggesting is instead of reading the faults, just reset the ABS system completely, as 95% of the time, ABS system problems that are computer related just "go away", and you can drive for years without having a problem again.

Anytime I have to do brakework on my 93 F350, I disconnect the battery for the same reason, so the rear ABS doesn't decide to flip out.

Not sure why, its kinda like cntrl-alt-del for windows, but it works the vast majority of the time.

It's nice to find out the codes though, to find out why the light is on before resetting it. Talyn, jumping the pins on the plug does not reset the computer - it is to blink out the abs codes, so he can find out what is wrong with the truck.
