Spark plug troubles help Please

Ok today i attempted to change the spark plugs and wires on my 92 explorer, started with the plug that i thought would be the hardest to get out which was the one you have to get to in the wheel well, that came ez, put the new one in nice....now i go to the center plug on that side, i guess the wrench was not all the way on the nut or somthing and the white shell got cracked and a little flacked off, i kept trying could not get it out, so i gave up put the wire back on fired it up it runs but not too well, will it be ok to drive it down the street tommarow morning for the job to be fixed or is there somthing else i can do, i did not even try to mess with the rest of the plugs, called pep boys the only place thats open tommarow, and asked them how much i just told them i got one out and i could not reach the rest of them, or is there somthing else i can do i think the mistake i made is i got the socket that flexs and it was facing up probally did not have enough torque is there anything else i can do or should i just let them do it? And should i drive it about a mile down the road to pep boys will it make it?

It should be fine to go a short distannce i actuall cracked 2 plugs on my 91 while changing them. It just missed quite a bit but it didn't harm it. I would try to get a diffrent extention or a diffrent wrachet. Good luck!!

The PCM might throw a misfire code, but you should be fine.
