Audiophile In an XLT

why doesnt ford put the audiophile in the XLT, but they put it in the cheaper STX?????

Because the STX is marketed towards younger buyers who are more likely to want a sub woofer.

That would make sense until you see that the Lariat has the Audiophile option. Most kids can't afford to shuck out the bucks for a Lariat. I don't think the old geezers that buy the Lariat pump out OUTKAST on their systems on the way to the drugstore to pick up some geratol/depends. Seriously, just kidding. I'm 42 and I have a Lariat and I pump out the tunage!!!! hehehe...

Never heard of OUTCAST, but this 42-year old geezer pumps out CCR!

It never sounded so good. The audiophile system ROCKS!

Well I don't think of myself as a geezer but I bought a Lariat, put in a custom system, crank out Outkast, CCR, AND Linkin Park on my way to the drugstore to pick up my Depends!

I listened to both systems before I ordered. I had to have the Audiophile! It is well worth it if you enjoy your Linkin Park, NIN, TOOL, Chains, or whatever other people listen to.

What's this about the AUDIOPHILE is for the young guys. I'm 56 and this system makes the STONES sounds super.

Deep purple!! Led baby!!! DEAD!!! Woodstock at 19 blew out my left ear.....Still like the stuff from the 60-80's!! I just got to crank it up a bit...:O)
