Gas Milage
My milage is consitantly in the 11's mixed city/hwy but mostly hwy. I did have 1 tank of unobstructed highway, 1 bathroom stop, no lights, or stop signs and the v10 did 15.6. That was at about 1200 mile on the od so it could get better but I will not hold my breath. My dodge 24v cummins got 16 in town, 16 hyw, 16 towing 8000lbs horse trailer loaded, and I bet 16 at the drag strip. I usually do not pay much attention to the milage but the computer in the lariat makes me want to try for best and worst (7.9, 15.6) and suprisingly the computer is always pretty close.

Gas Milage
My 1999 F250 XC 5.4 Auto 4x2 3.73 Short Bed gets the following: Unloaded mixed driving avg 14mpg, Unloaded Highway 70mph avg 16.8 mpg, Towing a 16ft boat does not seem to effect the mileage. I am very happy with my stock 5.4L.
