Custom Coil Springs
Anyone know where to buy custom made front coil springs for a 2003 F-250 6.0L PSD?? I want to raise the front about 2"-3"

Are you dead set on new coils? Daystar makes a 2" urethane spacer to go between the bottom of the coil and the I-beam. About $100. I think 2" is about the max you can go and still be able to adjust for correct camber. More than 2" and you're probably looking at new pivot and radius arm brackets or reforming the I-beams ($$$$$). Most 2WD kift kits start at 4".

Maybe try the ProComp 4" kit. That way you get the radius arm and pivot drop brackets. The ProComp kits allow you to select the coil for your specific application, V8, V10, or PSD. Obviously, the PSD is the longest. If 4" is too much, you could then swap out the coils for the V10 coils to obtain your 2" - 3' lift. Regarding the Daystar spacers, the dynamics of each vehicle's front suspension is different and some will lift more than others. I got a full 2" with mine. I still think I'd try those first, especially since they're so easy to install on the SD and they're only about a $100.
