Reverse sensing system
I just picked up my 04 crew cab and I love the Truck!!
The only option I wish I added was the Reverse sensing system.
I contacted my dealer about adding it on and was told it's not possible. I find this difficult to believe. I know I could go aftermarket but I'd really like to keep it stock.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Anything is possible but to add this feature after it is built will just cost to much. You first must have the trailer tow package.Then you must pay a tech to figure out how to do it and what other parts may be needed.At 75.00 to 100.00 per hour it could cost several hundred dollars plus parts to do it. You are better off to get the aftermarket system.

You are to be commended for seeking out a rear sensing system add-on. Very environmentally responsible. Mine has save at least one Mini-cooper from being squished without it. It wouldn't have hurt the truck (kind of like backing over a beer can,), but I would have felt bad if I'd noticed it.
