head gasket problems?

my truck is runing bad i thought it was a fuel problem, however i checked compression and found #1 had no compression,#8 had 30lbs,#2 had 90lb,#4 had 95lb. the remaining four had 115-130 lbs.since i have bad compression on both sides i cant see both head gaskets blown but i could be wrong. i have good oil pressure,it smokes a little bit not enough to say its ring trouble, dosent overheat.i think i hear something knocking on acceleration.
the truck is a 96 f350 5.8l efi. what you all think ?broke rods, bad head gaskets, broke cam ?

Sounds like blow by, rings are going. Are you getting a lot of oil soaking your breather filter?

rigwelder your motor is in very bad shape or you have been using a push in style compression gauge. You could get new headgaskets but that might not solve much. Having 0 compression in #1 is most likely a broken or stuck vavle.
