Correct. you need one piece of 4" exhaust tubing, approximately 5" long, and one 4.5" constant torque band clamp, also an off the shelf item at NAPA.
Some people have been able to get away with cramming the filter into the stock filter box, as you can see from my photo I had no such luck, so I also had to purchase a battery tray. It was something like $14.
