steering wheel vibration
i have a 98 f150 with a 4" rancho suspension lift and 35" SSR's and my steering wheel shook at about 40-50mph so i put on a steering stabalizer shock from rancho and it still does it...anybody?
Wheels out of balance?? Are they misshapen in any way? Could be a number of things, but I'd start with a rotate and balance.....then move on to checking the driveshaft(s) for proper balance and then the front end ball joints.
I would have to agree with Mr. H. Steering wheel shake is almost always from out of balance front tires. In see as how you are running 35" tires you may not be able to balance them good enough to get rid of the shake. In other words, you may have to live with it.
