Saw this on TLC the other day and it looked neat. Simonize is selling a car washer consisting of a water turbine that spins a mop or brush on the end of a wand. Has anyone tried one of these things?
Oh yea, Dont get that. I got one just a while go and its broken. I guess the plasic that they used cant stand a preesure when the brush is off. The mop really does nothing. I foudn the car shampoo is nothing more than baby shampoo really. When you have the high pressure piece on it bends the plastic rob back and starts to flex to the point of breaking. Its complete crap, Not only do you get ripped ont eh price, but it takes 6 weeks to get to youand your put on a mailing list for months.
A DO NOT BUY, im my opinion.

Sean,
Thanks for the reply. Still looking for something that will make washing easier. Even if I don't wash often enough.

I have to agree with 'fordextreme'. This car wash system is low quality and does not perform as seen on TV. I ordered the system off TV and gave it a try. The mop on my unit turned out away from the vehicle when placed it against the truck. The pressure fitting added very little pressure. I returned the system to a local retailer who I found was carrying it (for the same price as TV minus Shipping and Handling).
