I faxed both vehicles we talked about, rather than fax one and e-mail the other. Let me know what you think.

Great talking to you, too. I certainly appreciate that Southern sense of humor! It must come from all the WARM weather you people have to put up with! BTW, how's that AIR CONDITIONER of yours working?!

1956MarkII,

I need you expert advice on a similiar issue. The dealer I'm working with says he isn't aware of the extra $500.00 for using Xplan. My zip is 83616 and his is 83301. So am I missing something? How do I point him in the right direction if I do qualify??

Thanks in advance, I really appreciate it!!!!!!!!!!

Jeff,
I will grab them when i get to my office in the morning. i may go ahead and order exactly what i want. would the unit arrive as a 04 or 05 model? what do you need to get the process started $$?

it does get warm here. belive it or not the a/c on the company car works pretty good (it is about the only thing i won't complain about on that pos). everyone should log about 40k miles in a 2002 taurus. it will make you thankful for anything else!
i think my 82 cj-8 even drives better.
only 40k more and i get another one!

thanks again, i will be in touch.

That's an '04. 2005s don't start production till late July- early August.

Dollars? I don't need no stinkin' dollars! Seriously, we only require a deposit for trucks that are weirdly-equipped, or have a discount package for a part of the country other than our own. If I get stuck with one of them, I'm in trouble.

Any way we can do an "electronic handshake" through the Internet? That's how we YANKEES do business, anyways...........

Kudo's to Jeff, Van Bortel Ford, and FTE for putting this together.

Sure wish I could figure out a way to take advantage of this.

I am in the process of looking to purchase a 2004 F150 Super Cab and saw your post on FTE.I live in Erie Pa about 3 hours down I 90 from you. I am a new member of FTE so I culd not e-mail you directly so I am taking this rout and hope it gets to you. The truck configyration I am looking for is as follows.

2004 F150 XLT 4X4 color would be either beigh or dark gray
4.6L Engine (please include the price for the 5.4 option)
535 Trailer tow Package
XH9 3.55 limited Slip axel Ratio
18A Black Platform running Boards
215 electric Shift-on-the fly transfer case

I am trying to understand the pricing you have advertised 700 under invoice, my question is how do the ford rebates work? They are offering 1000 off cash for my zip code which is 16421. Does this come off the invoice price also? Could you please give me a quote on this truck and let me know if it is available in stock of if it would need to be ordered. I will try to call you tomorrow and confirm what i am looing for..

mangelo-
I don't have that exact truck in stock, so here's the order price:

MSRP $32230
Invoice $28606
Less our discount $700
Less rebate $1000
In-Transit Permit $55

Out-the door price $26961 (add $761 for the 5.4)

Once you get the truck back to PA, you'll register it and pay any sales tax on it there. The only fee you'll pay to us is the $55 In-Transit Permit.

I have a white one in stock with trailer-tow, 5.4, 3.55 limited slip, and P255 raised-white-letter, all-terrain tires. Your out-the-door price: $27554. I hope that helps, and check your FTE e-mail for more info.

1956MarkII,

Jeff,

Can you provide me with more detailed information about X-plan rebate ? Dealer asked me for the program code. Being a new member, I still can't contact you directly.

Also, can you recommend a Ford ESP plan ie: Base or Extra Care (6 or 7 years 75K miles) for a 04 F350 XL 4x2 V10. Would like to know how much it would cost me to purchase from you.

Thanks

Dave

Program code 9280, which is dependent on program code 9511

6-year, 75000 mile BaseCare retail $1395, our price $1255
6-year, 75000 mile ExtraCare retail retai $1680, our price $1512
Personally, I'd go with ExtraCare, if only for one reason: it covers the ABS module, which is BIG BUCKS if it has to be replaced.
