need help pls

I have the following codes from my anti lock braking ecu:
11-Electronic Controller (ebcm)
37-Rear axle wheel sensor erratic output
41- Left front wheel sensor mismatched output
42- Right front wheel sensor mismatched output
77-Rear axle wheel sensor erratic output

Now my question is:

1.) code 11 reads- ECU failure (In my haynes manual). Is this the unit that is on the driver side along the front quarter panel right above the wheel well or is this another ECU?

2.) Since all my sensors are screwed and I recently replaced my VSS unit and my speedo works but still bounces around and the ABS light comes on around 70, will replacing the ECU fix all these other codes?

A friend of mine said that since my rear tires have lost about .5-.75 of tread the tires could be unbalanced therefore when I travel at high speeds my tires could be vibrating therefore maybe throwing off the sensors.

I recently replaced my brakes, rotors and bearings (I purchased the whole hub/rotor/new abs tone ring) I recently also rebuilt my trac-loc and changed out the rear diff fluid. I made sure the abs sensors where clean on the front. Someone also said on this forum that my tone ring in the rear diff could be bad but would this cause the ECU to fail? My truck has 103000 miles. Thank you in advance.

if my tone ring is shot in the rear diff (since i just replaced the other two in the front) is it going to cause the computer to give a code for ECU failure?
