Has anybody replaced the a/c low pressure hose on a 92 Aerostar 3.0? The compressor side looks pretty tight
.But what about the accumulator (receiver/drier)? It seems that the metal tube is cripmed on. Is there a way to remove and replace this? Or give up the whole thing and take it to a
shop?

You might try to find a company call "Pirtek", they prob have a franchise in your area. Carry the hose assembly in and walk out with it replaced. (It takes a seriious hydraulic press to put the new crimp on.) GL
