The radio is reporting that they arrested 5 guys involved in the bombing and that they're from Morocco, so that suggests Islamic terrorists if not actually Al Qaeda.
They caught them because they were using cell phones to explode the bombs and one didn't go off. They got the cell phone from the back pack and traced back to those five clowns.

Completely outstanding. Public Hanging...or whatever type punishment the families of the lost ones want. Martyrdom...blah. Any type of slow, painful death for them. ( Grrr..I hate it when these type of people bring these emotions out of me!)
