f150 no start
i did a valve spring job on my truck last weekend and i was an idiot and unpluged everything but the battery and now it whont run period im kinda stuck here i replace the ignition monduel and all the plugs rotor cap is new i have set the timing at top dead and even rolled the motor over and reset it at top dead just to make sure and i unpluged the o2 just to try and get it to run in closed loop and i can't get this thing to start any suggestions thanks
