Home Depot has some, they have 2 grades. Degreaser works for that, the Industrial Purple grade will take the paint. Great for stripping before painting.
Maybe,, near the cleaning products section. It is a Zep product. While you are there get a bottle of tile, shower and tub cleaner. Try that in home. Tilex or scrubbing bubbles is a waste compared to that.
another good degreaser is easy-off oven cleaner works great, just don't buy the dow oven cleaner in the blue can as it will eat the paint down to bare metal but easy off won't
What I have come to use over the years: 1). Putty Knife, 2). Easy Off, Then rinse, hopefully with a power jet (I used to truck the engines to the self-serve car wash), then 3). Simple Green, scrubbed in with a paint brush. Works for me! Simple Green also does real nice job on the engine bay. I use it straight, and don't dilute. Those round parts cleaning brushes, coupled with cheap stiff paintbrushes work great!

the best degreaser and paint freshener ( or if you leave it on long enough) is plain old trisodium phosphate TSP, found at any hardware store in the paint section. It's way cheaper than all the conventional degreasers but works just as well. Just remember that there is no cleaner that will remove all the grime, thats what brushes and putty knives are for. Go to it.
What is your recipe for TSP? I have used it on a house prior to a repaint; do you mix it with water also, and if so, what is the ratio of water to TSP?
I believe for house paint you only put a teaspoon in a bucket of water. For oil you'll want to make a paste out of it. Put about a cup in a container and start adding a little water until you get the consistency of a real thick soap of toothpaste. Then scrub it in and leave it on. If it starts to dry (like in the sun) you can spray it with a little water but the best time to use it is at dusk or at night then you can leave it till morning.
thats what i use, and i think it works good. however i do mine about every other month, so it doesnt get too dirty. i dont go muddin, i dont have oil leaks, so i dont really have to "degrease" anything... .more like de-road grime...
Mean Green from the dollar store. 40 oz. for 2 bucks. It will also glean white walls and white letters with out scrubbing. Spray it on at the car wash, wash your truck then hit your tires with water. I luv it.
