Did I hear or read here or someplace else that the F100 Supernats was to be opened up to all Ford trucks? Is this just a rumor or is there substance to it?
I just hope the segregate them by decade or something... I'm not interested in wading thru '80s-'90s-2000 trucks to pick out the '40-'50 models....
surely they will have different areas for each age group, don't you think???
...the only thing I'd enjoy less... is little hopping thumping probes and focuses (focii ?)being buffed out by skinny spike haired tatoo boys gawd I'm old
It's hard to believe that they would open it up to F150's. I thought it was the "F100" Supernationals. I sent them an email requesting clarification. We'll see what they say.

Say it isn't so. I am very interested in your answer Larry. I really like my late model F150s and Broncos and such, but I am really hoping this isn't true. I can't see myself driving 15 hours to wade through thousands of trucks you can buy at the local car dealer.
My feelings exactly Fenders. I was hoping to get to my first F100 Nationals this year but if this is true I will probably pass. It will be interesting if I get a response or not.
I looked at the website but failed to scroll down far enough to catch the announcement about the new classes. This is disappointing. Must be getting greedy or maybe they need the extra revenue to pay for the larger space. I'm like John Niolon, if I want to see new trucks I will visit a dealership. Kind of takes the uniqueness from the whole gig and I personally don't think it will be of that much benefit to them. I'll have to think about this some more.
As long as we don't get the teenie bopper kids and the huge mudder's around, I think it may be a extra treat. Besides, if you don't like 'em, nobody says there going to invade the f100 section. I'm sure there will be more than enough f-100's to suite us. As long as these trucks are fully decked out, might not be all that bad. -4speed

So there will still be a parade with only old Ford trucks in it? Somehow I have the feeling the event is never going to be quite the same. I'm just whining, but this was the premier old Ford truck event. I just do not see how it's going to be quite the same. Glad I got to go last year. Guess I'll just have to slap some 20s, a 6 inch tailpipe and a CAG steering wheel on the new Escape in a couple years when it's eligible too. I'm guess I'm just old too John.
