I find that when I fill the tank normally (shove in the nozzle, lock in on high, daydream till done, top it off) my tank will still hold almost 5 gallons more. You have to baby it in by trickling it in until it's almost ready to overflow. Anyone else have this problem or, better yet, a fix?

I've never gone through the exercise to 'completely' fill the tank. I usually fill up at the same station/same pump to get consistant fillups so I can check mpg..
I think if the truck is facing 'downhill' a bit, it will fill up more than if its level or uphill..
I also have a 4x2, which is slightly nose-down anyway compared to a 4x4 which might make a difference.
