Hey guys, I was wondering how difficult it is to replace the ac system in the Ranger (in my sig). Compressor, Accumulator, orfice tube and the flush, also gonna convert to 134a. Really I was just wondering how difficult it is, how long I should expect and can I do it all w/ basic hand tools? Thanks guys (and gals).

I just installed AC on my 93 ranger. As for tools, yes, a set of fuel line/AC line spring coupling tools, you will need to have the old AC discharged. As for how long....dont know. I removed/installed the stuff in my truck over a weekend. I was not in any rush. I have never converted a system over to r13a, good luck!
