Flareside questions
Hey, new to the board, i have a couple questions and i hope you guys can tell me what you think.... i just got my 95 flareside Ext Cab and i want to do some mods....first of all i wanna do a side exit exhaust or if to expensive then rear...then i want to put the 18'' lightning rims on it, i think it will give it a more sportier look, tell me what you guys think of if u kno anyone with this set up, TIA..

I did a dual exhaust with exits at the sides in-front of both rear wheels on my 1994 Flareside - including chrome tips - and it was cheaper then a rear exit exhaust because there was less exhaust pipes to bend/install.

I had it done at an exhaust shop - Thruway Muffler - and I thought the price was reasonable:
2 Flowmaster 2-chamber mufflers, all pipes, etc and 2 chrome 3" by 12" exhaust tips - $600.00
If you decide to have the ehaust tips infront of the tires, you will experience alot more exhaust rumble then if you stay out the back - but I don't mind the sound, especially when I downshift - makes a really nice, deep rumble
