2005 V-10

I 've read from these posts that a new v-10 will be out for 2005. Does anybody know if it would come out late "04" or will it really be in "05". Thanks for your time.

if thier is a new one on the way...it should be out for the '05 model year.....should be available around September '04

Thanks Boxcar, I thought it would be out at the end of this year, but I wasn't sure. Can't wait to see/read about it.

My wife is a service manager at a Ford dealership and she has heard nothing about a new V10 or any changes being made to the current one for 05. Does not mean it isnt coming, just she, nor the dealership have heard anything yet.

I went out to my dealership monday of this week and I overheard one of the service guys chatting. The meat of what he said was that Ford planned on releasing most if not all of the new cars this summer. That may or may not include engines like the anticipated 3-valve V10, but then again this is completely unsubstantiated.
