I used it and it works O.K, what you pay is 4% over dealer invoice. (this is dealer invoice plus holdback)I figured it out and the dealership made about 1,000 dollars profit(minus holdback) its a good program if you dont like the car buying experience, or are not good at neg. if you are good at neg. and dont mind the buying exper. then you could give it a shot and make out alittle better.............

Here is the real deal. Swampratt has it wrong. You pay 4% over Factory Cost. I bought my truck 3 weeks ago using this plan. I went through the Fleet Manager and he showed me the paperwork, which gives the factory cost, dealer invoice, and MSRP. I was lucky and got another $1000 off over Memorial Day weekend for all SD using the X plan or A plan (factory cost for employees and family members). The dealer gets paid back from Ford. It is a great plan with no BS involved. I would highly recommend going through Fleet. I ended up getting my truck for $200 over Factory Cost and over $1600 UNDER invoice. Right now they will be additional incentives on 2001 because they are taking orders on the 2002's and want to clear the inventory. I will do the X plan again no questions asked. To save money and not put up with the Car Sales BS is well worth it to me. Good Luck with your purchase.
I used the plan and saved some cash. Sticker for my 2000 XLT f350 SB V-10...was $32904.xx. I also got a $1000 off for some special...before tax cost was $28402. That was back in Nov.
