This all sounds so wonderful, but I am confused. Can anyone shed some light on the difference between the edge w/attitude, and the predator. From my observations, the predator is less expensive, and seems to be liked by most folks. The edgw w/attitude is more expensive but comes with the temp. guage that will back the settings down if the temp gets to high, seems like a good safety feature. In the heat of battle (driving) one could lose track of the Exhaust temp and cause some real problems. The edge, also has higher output.
Is there something here I do not understand? Maybe comparing apples to oranges here?
I got the predator because it firms up your shifting at all levels. You can read dagnostic codes. And if I need to go in for service I can take it out in 2 minutes.

I think when you get upwards of 100/115 HP you are not going to be able to tell or feel the differences in 15 HP.
Product serviceability, i.e. downloadable upgrades should be of concern.
Customer service should also be at he top of the list
as far as watching gauges all the time...
once you KNOW your truck and the situations, you probably won't need to watch it all the time...
only if conditions chang will you have to refresh your ideas of what is happening...
and honestly the Predator has not created an issue for me...
