The EPR stays closed too long after cold start. When cold engine will not make power 4-10 minutes depending on out side temp. I thought maybe the intake air temp sensor might be the problem but if I disconnect or short the plug it continues to stay closed. I'm actually looking to a diagram of what gives signals to the EPR /how it works.
