Speaking of seats... where in the world do you find covers for the stock low back seats in the mid 80 Bronco's? I have some that I found for regular bucket's... but I have the head rest part turned inside out and tucked inside on the back... and they really don't fit that well either.
I think I'll post this out in the main forrum...
BTW - Great looking ride man... Flames or Scallops on the front couldn't hurt, I'm sure whatever you do will look great.
Hey man thats a nice rig. i got the same truck cept mines just startin the resto process. u didnt do a body lift did u cause i wasnt sure if i could fit 35's with a 4 inch lift, also wut lift kitdid u buy n wut u think of it. oh and on the flames id give it a big thumbs up i think that thing would look mean with gray flames
ausome bronco man, really love that green, looks like the green thats in store for my 61 falcon some day, as for lowback seat covers- mine had some, some hideous black fuzzy seat covers that is!
nice bronco but the Thornturds gotta go! also are you sure thats a 4'' lift? i have a 4'' lift and my tires are closer to my fenders b4 they were cut looks like a 6'' but what do i know, just wondering....
Its a 4" lift i dont know what brand it is was on when i got the bronco, it rides like hell. it probably looks like a 6" couse my tires are so bold, they are 35s but i meshered the other day and they only stand 32 1/2" high, thats bald. i have a 6" lift and 35x15.50 swamper sx on the way, just ordered them. i will post more pix when there on.
What i would suggest for the ride is rancho 9000's with the on board compressor. When i first bought my truck i was going too sell it because of the ride. Then started to really like it so when this system came out got it and the truck rides and corners great now.Can even haul some pretty big loads on my trailer ajust the front different than the back and drop the hammer.Works great on the forestry roads too for wash board.
Yeah, I like those Rancho 9000's, a friend has them on his truck and it's nice to be able to set them soft and comfortable or stiff when you need too. He has had them for quite a few years now and really is please with their performance.
