1979 f150 trimheight

I recently picked up a 1979 f150 that is lifted and dont know how big it is compared to stock.
It has 44"swamper tires and from the ground to under the doors is 37".
Does anyone know the stock trim height?

12"-18" lift total is a good guess.

ya my 79 f-150 has a total of seven inches of lift (4susp 3body) and from the ground to the roof is 7'1" (I found this out cause my garage door is seven foot EVEN haha)
