Is it the Fuel Filter

Still haven't heard from anyone on this problem. I forgot to mention that the van was stuck off the driveway a couple of weeks ago. It was around the time the problem with rough running started. When I looked up the fuel filter in the Haynes manual, it says it is under the driver seat, mounted on the frame. If this is so could it have got damaged and still sort of work for a couple of weeks. About 100kms were put on it before it got impossible to drive. Is there something that may have been knocked squiffy or something. Should I start with the fuel filter and would it make it sound like the sparkplugs were slightly fouled? I runs rough but never stalls! Help!!!! Thanks in advance. Louise(Hammerhead)

Fuel filters are cheap and easy to replace. If it hasn't been done in the last year or two, just replace it. They recommend you do it every year. Good luck!

I agree fuel filters are cheap and easay to replace. You might want to check the fuel lines and connections for leaks. It could be bad wires or spark plugs, clogged air filter or water in your fuel. When was the last time you had a tune up done on the van ?
